Magda Lanza is a dedicated attorney. She earned her undergraduate degree from the Sacred Heart University in Puerto Rico and her graduate degree from the InterAmerican University School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree and was admitted to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Bar Association in January 1989. She practiced law in Puerto Rico where she worked as a Special Prosecutor with the Department of Justice and lead the Extradition Division representing the government of Puerto Rico at Intrastate and International level. Eventually, she became a legal advisor to the Office of the Governor of Puerto Rico for Elder Affairs. While in Private Practice in Puerto Rico, she represented clients in an array of civil cases. She has been practicing law in Central Florida for 27 years. She has practiced in the areas of Family Law, Bankruptcy, Immigration Law, Landlord/Tenant, Consumer and Foreclosure Defense. She currently is a sole practitioner and her areas of practice include immigration, foreclose defense and landlord representation.

Magda Lanza es una abogada dedicada, obtuvo su grado de Bachiller de la Universidad del Sagrado Corazón en Puerto Rico. Es egresada de la Escuela de Derecho de la Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico, donde obtuvo su Doctorado en Jurisprudencia y fue admitida al Colegio de Abogados del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico en enero de 1989. Ejerció la abogacía en Puerto Rico, donde trabajó como Fiscal Especial en el Departamento de Justicia y dirigió la División de Extradiciones en representación del gobierno de Puerto Rico a nivel interestatal e internacional. Eventualmente, fue asesora legal de la Oficina del Gobernador de Puerto Rico para Asuntos de la Tercera Edad. Mientras ejercía la práctica privada en Puerto Rico, representó a clientes en una variedad de casos civiles. Ha ejercido la abogacía en la Florida Central durante 27 años. Ha ejercido en las áreas de Derecho de Familia, Bancarrota, Ley de Inmigración, Alquiler de Propiedades, Defensa del Consumidor y Ejecuciones Hipotecarias. Actualmente es una profesional independiente y sus áreas de práctica incluyen inmigración, defensa de ejecuciones hipotecarias y representación de propietarios bajo la ley de alquiler.
